Wait, for flash animation are we not allowed to use music we didn't create? Because that adds a lot more work for animators...

If its available for free use, then you can use it- otherwise, you just need to follow dA's copyright rules.

This soundtrack isn't intended to be used for flash animations at all- rather, its simply for people to have listening to help them when they portray Phaeton, and is entirely optional/unnecessary in the long term.

Oh alright...so I'm assuming someone's arrange of a video game song is okay to use? Because they can't claim copyright infringement on a song that they didn't even "write". And the original game obviously let them use the song.
